 QUALITY VINYL COVER

  • The pads are sewn with a 14oz. or 18oz. vinyl cover.  
  • The cover material of the pad is a vinyl laminated polyester fabric with a finish weight of 14oz. or 18oz. per square yard.
  • The vinyl is manufactured with anti-mildew treatments & U.V. Pigments for weatherability.   
  • The fabric contains antifungal and antibacterial agents and is easily cleaned using mild soap and
    water.
    • QUALITY FOAM CORE

    Our custom padding is manufactured with prime 44 ILD cross-linked polyethylene 1 3/8" foam

    with a density of 2.0 lb/ft3 (32 kg/m3) and tensile strength of 34.7 psi (0.24 N/mm2).

    QUALITY STITCHING
    All seams are stitched with nylon thread for durability. The thread used is a monocord N-200 UVR

    that has 16 strands of fused 80-denier nylon.

    ESTABLISH PADDING NEEDS

    We are available to offer our expert advice and help you establish your padding needs.  PPS offers on-site meetings for our customers in Chicago.

     

    TAKE MEASUREMENTS

    You take the measurements of the columns that need protection.

      

    SELECT VINYL COLOR

    Choose from 19 colors in our premium vinyl collection.

     

    PROVIDE GRAPHICS (If Applicable)

    Deterimine whether or not a logo will be used and provide it to PPS or work with PPS to create a new logo.

     

    COMPLETE ORDER

    Once all the padding variables have been compiled, PPS will issue complementary engineering drawings and price quotations for your approval.  Upon receipt of your order authorization, we will finalize the order.

    Ink Color Selection - Available in 10 Colors 

    Custom Lettering: Inks meet national screen printer's specifications for durability under normal use.  Please specify color and letters desired.
